Wardrobe Assessment
Daily Necessities
I started using Zara when I entered Polytechnic at 19. After observing the outfits of office ladies, I found Zara clothes to be sophisticated and fashionable, yet suitable for formal occasions. I continued using Zara upon finding out about its casual range, TRF, which is suitable for me as a teen then. My overall experience with Zara is positive and they offer satisfactory customer service. They have a good line of clothing except that it may at times be on the pricey side. Hence I usually purchase during sales. This means that their items may not be suitable for the masses and hence I typically do not recommend Zara to everyone (NPS: 6). The other thing about Zara is that they do not attempt to differentiate themselves from other brands, which may be why some people do not see the value in Zara.
1. People who wear Zara are versatile.
2. If Zara were a person, he/she would be a fashionista.
