1. People who wear Zara are fashion-conscious, well dressed and seek value in what they buy.
2. If Zara were a person, he/ she would be someone who’s nice, sociable, and seeks quality in life.
My first purchase of a Zara product was probably when I started working and had more spending power to buy items from the store. To me, the items sold at Zara are not exactly cheap. I believe one of the first few purchases was actually a T-shirt from Zara as well as a pair of jeans. I think, at that point of time, I found Zara to be trendy and fashionable. I especially like their line of formal wear, however, for the price that these clothes were priced, I felt I could get something cheaper and fits me well at the same time. For instance, a Zara blazer may look appealing but sometimes the fit is either too big or too tight for me, therefore I rather tailor my own set of clothes at a more affordable price. The same goes for their range of shoes, although they look appealing and they have unique designs, I prefer to get my shoes from other shops such as Aldo or Pedro. I think since then, I only purchase items from Zara when they are on sale. Overall, I do not think I would recommend Zara, because it does not seem sufficiently value-for-money given the higher prices there. (NPS score: 6)
