2. If Zara were a person, he/ she would be someone who’s classy, subtle yet glam and probably also fancies a minimalistic kind of style.
I started noticing Zara more frequently when I was entering University. My mother was the one who recommended Zara to me. Initially, I was very attracted to its innovative and unique style of clothes and all of them could pull off as something classy. Besides, as an office lady, I feel that they offer attractive corporate wear at affordable prices. Ever since, the brand was constantly in my consideration set every time I went shopping. I enjoy buying its merchandise is because I’m pretty assured that it’ll be rare to bump into someone wearing the exact same piece due to their low stocks. Purchasing items from Zara has always been a very positive and satisfying experience for me as the relative value of cost to the design is always high. On top of that, searching for what I need/ want has always been easy as it is convenient to navigate with such a store layout. Staff are also helpful and friendly when approached. I normally purchase items from the store every 3 months and it is highly recommended by me (NPS: 9) to colleagues and friends if they are looking for dressy or business attires.
